Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery to those who reside in the Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland.
Orders placed and e-transfer sent before 6pm will be delivered approx. between 7:00pm-10:00pm.
Orders placed and e-transfer sent after 6pm will be delivered the next business day, approx. between 7:00pm-10:00pm.
If you place your order outside of our business hours, you will receive your order the following business day between these times.
Our business hours are between 10:00am-6:00pm PST Monday-Friday but feel free to contact us anytime.

Shipping
We ship to Canadian addresses only. Your order will be discretely packaged and sent via Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damaged or lost packages once your package is with Canada Post. We cannot provide reimbursements for damaged or lost items sent through Canada Post.
If we receive your order between 7:00am-3:00pm PST Monday-Friday, we will ship the order the same business day, otherwise, it will ship the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales (excluding Puff Extracts products) are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email to canadianbotanicals@gmail.com.
Exchanges are available for all Puff Extracts products. To process an exchange, please send us an email with your contact information and order number. We will follow up with instructions to proceed with the exchange. You must report any defects with 48 hours of receiving your shipment or we cannot proceed with the exchange.
