All flower orders will come in a vacuum-sealed bag and discreetly packaged to protect and maintain your privacy. There will be no indication of what is inside the package.

We ship to only Canadian addresses via Canada Post. We also offer same day delivery to some residents of the Lower Mainland BC.

To make changes to your order, we will cancel your original order and you can proceed creating a new one, provided that your order has not shipped out yet.

For any cancellations or edits, please send us an email to canadianbotanicals@gmail.com with your order number.

Once you’ve placed your order you will be required to provide payment via Interac E-transfer. If we do not receive payment within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled.

It may take an hour for us to receive your e-transfer. Your order will be shipped once we collect the e-transfer. As mentioned in our Shipping & Returns page, if we receive your order between 10:00am-10:00pm Monday-Friday, we will ship the order the same business day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.

Canada Post Deliveries:

When we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Same Day Deliveries (Lower Mainland):

We offer same day delivery to those who reside in some cities of Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland. Delivery times run between 10:00am-10:00pm. If you place your order out of our business hours, you will receive your order the following business day between this time.
